13+ years of marketing leadership across Latin America and the U.S. Has spearheaded 8,000+ campaigns for global brands and high-profile figures. Strategist who turns complex market challenges into growth — creative vision with operational precision.
Holy Marketing — Yango's influencer partner in Colombia since October 2025. This proposal scales the machine that is already running: same team, same rhythm, bigger output.
No interpretation needed — this is the operating scope we already run for Yango Colombia, item by item.
Continuous scan of the Colombian landscape for taxi/riding and urban-lifestyle creators, scored on ER, content quality and Yango principles (no politics).
Direct relationships and rate negotiation against real Colombian benchmarks. Native, organic-feel integrations — structured to stay compliant with local advertising regulation.
Concept → draft → Yango sign-off gates on every piece. Creator-voice scripting so content reads as life, not as an ad.
End-to-end creator payments, accurate records, invoices and receipts. Post-payment from Yango within 30 days, per SOW.
Monthly media plan with planned vs. actual views, ER and CPV per placement — the same live document we maintain for Yango today.
Open channel with the Yango digital PR team, same-day responses, prioritized task management.
Emerging platforms and formats flagged monthly; strategic recommendations fed back into the next cycle. Seeding through non-personalized account networks on request.
A quick read on how Colombians actually consume social today — the four numbers that frame every decision below, then the five trends we lean into and the five we refuse.
73% of TikTok views come from For You — every piece must work for a viewer who has never heard of the brand. 15–60s formats carry cultural identity.
TikTok's own 2026 axis for LATAM: imperfect, real-life, two-way content. Brands that converse outperform brands that broadcast — 1.6× repurchase lift with bidirectional interaction.
1 in 4 Colombians search inside TikTok within 30 seconds of opening it; 81% say TikTok ads inspire purchases. Content must be findable, not just viewable.
78–82% of Colombian creators are nano/micro — stable reach, lifestyle proximity, lower CPV. Creator pods beat single big names on ROI and frequency.
Neighborhood life, commuting, rolo/paisa/costeño identity — the most reliably viral local format, and a direct fit for ride-hailing storytelling.
"La era de la publicidad intrusiva ha muerto" — promo-style posts perform ~40% worse than native formats.
#delulu / #romanticizing waves are losing relevance to real human stories.
Lowest engagement tier, falling rates, no frequency — visibility spikes that don't compound.
Recycled memes without perfect timing read as inauthentic and damage creator trust.
Collapsing organic returns. We use them as secondary distribution surfaces only.
Desk research tells you what already happened. Before finalizing this response, we polled creators and talent managers from our own Colombian network — the people who see content performance from the inside. Five themes came back:
Everyday-routine content outperforms produced formats — the feed rewards life, not sets.
Audiences reward genuine emotional peaks — reunions, milestones, gratitude. Authenticity wins hardest when it carries emotion.
An underserved, fast-rising audience segment — mature men, fatherhood, getting health back on track.
Family and couple formats keep compounding — multi-generational reach with the highest trust transfer.
Tech-in-real-life content performs — the natural carrier for app-feature storytelling.
It requires an active creator network in Colombia. Ours is already on payroll for Yango.
Enforced at the vetting gate. Any concept that smells like an anuncio, leans on escapist fantasy, relies on a one-off mega blast, lazily jacks a meme, or bets on Facebook organic / X — is rewritten before it ever reaches Yango.
The brief asks for 5–7 bloggers. We bring a vetted bench of 19 so the final selection is made together with Yango — by audience fit and negotiated rates, not by whoever happened to be available. Tap any card to open the creator's Instagram.

The most loved altruistic creator in Colombia — street vendors, everyday heroes, "yo afán no tengo." Maximum brand safety, pure "del pueblo" credibility.

Cinematic urban storytelling at the highest production level in the country — premium reach for the hero placements.

One of 2025–26's fastest-rising lifestyle voices after La Casa de los Famosos — massive female urban audience, the core safety segment.

From-the-barrio storytelling icon — embodies upward mobility and city life; native voice for mass-market ride-hailing.

Costeña icon — dancer, entrepreneur, mother. Carries the Caribbean coast and the working-woman "getting home safe" narrative.

Cali's breakout star of 2026 — grew up in Aguablanca, peak relatability with popular urban audiences; currently at maximum cultural momentum.

Athlete and Desafío winner — discipline, city training routines, single-dad life; trusted male voice for app features and bonuses.

Motocross star and beloved family figure — the natural face for driver-side stories: vehicles, roads, responsibility, Yango Moto.

Colombia's favorite paisa family — comedia costumbrista in its purest form; multi-generational reach for "family trips" scenarios.

"El pelaito de medallo" — fitness and comedy; aspirational paisa energy for the bonuses and driver-earnings storyline.

Gen-Z humor and streaming culture — cost-efficient frequency layer with a young Cali audience that lives on ride-hailing.

Bogotá's food-discovery duo — "explore your city" content where every restaurant story starts with a ride.

Mamá-de-5 family lifestyle creator — the highest ER on the roster. Built-in audience for safe everyday rides, school runs and family trips.

Artist + creator with multi-country footprint (MX, PA, ES). Hero-tier reach for music-driven and aspirational placements.

Biggest reach on the roster — pan-LatAm urban youth audience with consistently strong engagement at 3M scale.

Coastal everyday-life creator with rare 4.4% ER at 500K+ scale — the audience the safety story needs to reach outside Bogotá.

"Diario digital" creator with her own fashion brand (Cosmic) — premium female lifestyle audience and brand-builder credibility.

Model + YouTuber with an LGBTQ+ inclusive audience — diversifies the roster's voice and broadens night-life / safety relevance.
Every profile passes the same gate before contracting: audience-authenticity check in Modash and HypeAuditor, manual review of engagement rate and comment quality (real conversations, not pods), brand-safety and political-neutrality scan of the last 12 months of content, and a ≥60% Colombian audience requirement. Any creator who fails after launch is replaced in the next cycle.
Principle: demonstrate, don't claim. Safety is Colombia's #1 ride-hailing anxiety — and Yango's strongest differentiator. Each concept is built around real app features.
Creators turn the voice PIN — passenger confirms the ride out loud, driver never touches the phone on the road — into a repeatable micro-ritual with its own sound and gesture, seeding a TikTok-native trend. The safety feature becomes the format.
Comedy-emotional format around live route sharing: mom, partner or best friend watching the trip home in real time. Punchline: peace of mind for the people who love you.
Documentary-style creator visit: what actually happens when you press SOS. 24/7 safety center, route monitoring that calls both sides, selfie-verified drivers. Transparency as content.
Night-out, student and working-woman routines where the Yango safety checklist is natively embedded in the "getting home" ritual — city-specific for Bogotá, Medellín and Cali.
A creator stress-tests the full feature set in one ride: voice PIN, route monitoring, conflict button with audio recording, encrypted in-app calls, ratings. Honest, on-camera, shareable proof.
Our driver-creator program extends every concept to the supply side: risk-zone alerts, conflict button, passenger ratings — told by real Yango drivers. Earnings features (Max Mode, geo bonuses, minimum fare guarantee) make the "why I drive with Yango" story complete.
One section, three layers: the tools we run on, the week-by-week rhythm, and the quality bar each placement must clear before it ships. Same playbook we've executed for Yango for 9 consecutive months.
Our approach is built on nativeness: we don't create advertising messages — we make the brand part of Colombians' everyday life. Content is scripted in the creator's own voice and approved only when it would feel natural without the brand in it. That's what delivers maximum organic reach: the audience watches it as content, not as an ad.
Next step — ambient integration
In upcoming publications we want to take this further: seamless brand presence through the urban environment itself. Yango is already part of the Colombian streetscape — billboards, branded stops, cars. Our ambassadors' frames will organically include this environment, so the brand appears the way people actually meet it in the city: in the background of real life.
Modash + HypeAuditor for audience authenticity, geo split, fake-follower detection, ER benchmarks. 400K+ proprietary creator database + TikTok One + social listening across taxi/riding and urban-lifestyle niches.
Engagement rate verified by hand; comment quality checked for real conversations — live audiences, not pods. Sales-driven rate negotiation against real Colombian market benchmarks we contract weekly.
12-month content scan per profile for brand safety and political neutrality before contracting. Written disclosure guidelines, documented contracts, Yango indemnified.
Cycles overlap — while month N publishes, month N+1 is already in outreach. No dead weeks.
Creator list with verified stats delivered for Yango approval — sourced through the three-layer vetting gate.
Terms locked, contracts signed, media plan updated with confirmed pricing.
Concepts → drafts → Yango sign-off. Creator-voice scripting with compliance layer built in.
All placements live per the content calendar; seeding through non-personalized account networks activated where requested.
Monthly report delivered + next-month recommendations. Daily: open channel with the Yango digital PR team, same-day responses.
Saves and shares are weighted over likes as purchase-intent signals. Any creator below the floor — or below the audience threshold — is replaced in the next cycle. These thresholds are written into the monthly report Yango receives.
Based on our actual Yango Colombia operating structure, October 2025 – today. No theoretical pricing — these are the numbers we already invoice.
Pass-through, per approved monthly roster. Historically $4,200–9,300/month at the current scale.
2–4 driver accounts publishing 16–20+ content pieces per month. Always-on native content.
Reposts and non-personalized account seeding, activated on request.
Full financial transparency, accurate payment records, invoices and receipts per Colombian requirements.
