Our approach is built on nativeness: we don't create advertising messages — we make the brand part of Colombians' everyday life. Content is scripted in the creator's own voice and approved only when it would feel natural without the brand in it. That's what delivers maximum organic reach: the audience watches it as content, not as an ad.

Next step — ambient integration

In upcoming publications we want to take this further: seamless brand presence through the urban environment itself. Terms & kick-off SOW expectation: cancellation terms

Fair exit, fast start

30-day exit, no lock-in

Mirrors our current framework agreement: after the 3-month initial term — 30 calendar days' written notice, any time, no reason required, no penalty. On exit Yango pays only for services delivered and accepted, prorated per the SOW; any prepaid amounts for undelivered services are refunded within 15 business days.

First-month performance guarantee

If deliverables fundamentally fail the agreed KPIs and quality standards (all placements of month one below the agreed ER floors), Yango pays only third-party creator costs incurred — no agency fee.

Everything transfers

Full transition support per our current agreement: all approved content, reports, working materials and creator contacts transfer to Yango on exit. No hostage assets.
